Broaderly has placed utmost priority to quality assurance
of its production and management. Our quality assurance controls are
based on two major principles, namely:
1. Prevention
2. Detection

They are also known as Broaderly Quality Assurance Cycle ("BQAC").
Prevention Control
We apply such controls to ensure the likelihood of errors is minimized.
We placed a lot of emphasis on preventing and reducing errors. We
found this to be far more important and effective than trying to rectify
errors afterwards.
This often involves a combination of measures, including:
- Constant review of our process flow
- Constant monitoring of newly identified errors
- Constant fine-tuning checkpoints at various production cycles
- Regular staff training
- Constant research on new production techniques
- Introduction of new machines and technologies
- Working closely with our customers and suppliers
Detection Control
This involves establishing relevant checkpoints at various process
cycles to ensure prevention controls are being properly enforced
and to identify any errors occurring during the processes.
All the inspection checkpoints are preformed with predetermined
inspection criteria to ensure that staffs are aware of the key inspection
aspects at respective process cycles.
All identified errors will be investigated to determine whether
they are isolated incidents or recurring events.
All identified errors will be investigated and quantified of their
impacts.
The cause of error will be traced and investigated to ensure relevant
prevention controls or trainings will be devised to avoid future
occurrence of similar errors.
All findings and new measures are clearly documented and communicated
to relevant staffs.
Summary
Broaderly's quality assurance methodology is based on our BQAC quality assurance principles. This is a well-tried and tested methodology and has served us well in the past 30 years. We are very proud of what we do and we are constantly improving our processes, in order to strive towards excellence.
